On tap at apex. Pours a clear brown red color with a large white head. A big malty nose. The flavor is big sweet malts, licorice, plum, Bubblegum. Ok belgian porter like beer. The absinthe is hard to discern maybe fruity funky slight sourness. Good.

Dark brown color with huuge head (overfoaming bottle). Smells like their saison, funky and fresh, a bit spicy. Tastes like earth and spearmint. Fenouil as well - I don’t like fenouil. High carbonation. Meh.

Draft at Redlight Redlight the night before RBWG 2015. Murky brown with beige head. Aromas of caramel, toasty notes, light floral, oak. Tastes of floral, toasty notes, dark fruit, some booze. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

Draft at Redlight with Raphael nearby lurking. Cloudy briwn, large fluffy tan head with solid lacing. Interesting herbal aroma. Taste is bitter root, sweet potato, spice. Interesting. One of the best absinthe saisons I’ve ever had.
