A unique beer from our 2019. coolship season. After catching some wild yeasts near our Eimuri brewery during November, it has been sitting around in wooden barrels for more than a year and lavishly dryhopped before bottling. This dry beer combines the best of the world of spontaneous fermentation with the contemporary lust for a juicy hop flavour. The spiciness of wild yeast esters and phenols is complemented by the tropical fruitiness of Galaxy hops, which makes this beer refreshing and uniquely modern, while keeping its savage roots perspicuous.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5

Draught@TCBW2022. Slightly hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is vinegar, some citrus, mild grassy tones with some herbal tones. Flavour is herbal, mild oniony tones with some grassy and earthy tones. Pleasantly balanced, with a nice lingering tartness to it.

Fles gedeeld door TomvV. Het is een troebel oranje geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag welke snel weg ebt. Het heeft een aroma van gist en hout. De smaak is vol, vanille, hout, hop en een fris zuurtje.
