Near black with a short lived tan head. Aroma of oak barrel, roast, rum, dark chocolate, coffee and caramel with dark fruity notes behind. Flavour is light heavy sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Tap at the brewpub (as Oak Aged RIS). Pours black with beige head. Aroma and flavor are sweet, chocolate, malt, roast, sugar, slight booze, some oak. Overall: great, didn't detect really any rum, but it is actually a good think. 33cl Bottle from Vonk. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of wood, some oak, booze, rum, roasted malts, some liquorice, chocolate. Flavour is medium sweet to sweet, roasted malts, liqourice, chocolate, booze, barrel, bittersweet finish. Medium to full bodied. Pretty decent actually.
