Can 440ml (COOP Maksimarket Võru). Hazy amber colour, steady beige head and lace. Sweet caramelly, a bit bready aroma. Light-bodied. Caramalt, berries, light earthy hops. On the sweet side, not much toastyness.

(Keg at Pitsh, Valga, 20220702) The beer poured deep brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and nearly white. Aroma had toasted malts, grass and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, toasted malts, caramel, toffee and bitterness. Aftertaste had toasted malts and bitterness. A clean and nice brew.

Can 44 cl. Pours a clear, dark, nutty brown with a beige head - very fizzy pour. Mostly roast and rye in the nose. Medium body, ashy roast and some underlying toffee sweetness. Not cloying or anything though. Dusty hops. A hint of licorice and very subdued bitterness. It's not a bad beer, but just somewhat rough around the edges compared to the best Czech or German Dunkels. 021121

Can from Martjoboolut. Many thanks! Dark brown colour, beige foam. Nose of brown sugar, sweet malts, some roastiness. Medium body, lively carbonation.
