Bottle at THT February. Clear pale yellow straw with white head. Tart and dry apple, soft funk, green apple, mineral, watery, light pear. Light tart and bitter. Medium bodied and quite dry.

Bottle shared at THT. Pale straw with white head. Sweet and sour watery apples, green leafy aroma. Quite sweet and light sour. Medium body and soft carbonation.
