18/2/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours rich, black with a small beige head. Aroma of dark chocolate, roasted malt, dark fruits, cocoa, nut, fudge. Medium sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness. Full bodied, sticky and slick, soft carbonation. Quite lovely.

Bottle thanks to cgarvieuk. Appearance - opaque black with a thin crema head. Nose - definite chocolate cake on the nose. Nibs and cocoa powder. Taste - more cocoa powder, sweet chocolate and a wee bit of black cherry. Palate - medium to full bodied. Rich creamy middle and finish. Overall - this is very well done, basically a great liquid form of the chocolate cake.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. An opaque black brown coloured pour with a lasting loose dark tan head. Aroma is rich chocolate cake, light spices, brown sugars, powdered chocolate, chocolate sponge. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, layered chocolate, oily, sponge, light tang, some spices, fig. Palate is medium sweet, rounded, mellow carbonation. Nice. expressive.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 28/01/22. Black with a tan covering that veers edgewards. Nose is nutty, dark chocolate, vanilla, hazelnut, dark malts, brown sugar scattering. Taste comprises chocolate pot, light spice, dried fruit esters, toffee, vanilla, nutty twang, kiss of alcohl. Full bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a balanced rising boost. Solid.
