Courtesy of bierkoning. Deep golden color, small white head. Grassy and sweetish aroma. Sweet medium-bodied bock. Almost like European strong lager with its alcoholic sweetness. Some grassy notes, also in the aftertaste. Drinkable, but quite industrial bock.

Dark yellow colour. Slightly skunky, unfresh aroma. Quite a thick, sticky texture. Very sweet with only a slight sharpness.

Süßlich-klebriger Antrunk, zum Mittelteil wässriger, weiterhin unpassend süß. Etwas malzig, dies geht im Nachgeschmack weiter, das Bier wird auch etwas malziger. Die Süße bleibt erhalten. Ne..... Test vom 11.6.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,5,5,5,7,5 - 5,70

Draught. Yellowish golden colour with small white head. Fruits and alcohol in aroma, with some hints of honey. Flavour is caramellish malts with hints of candysugar and some hops. Not too exciting, but still drinkable.

Bottle (thanks to bierkoning!): deep golden coloured, big fluffy head, lacing and slowly diminishing; sweet malty nose, also honey and covered hops detectable; medium bodied, sweet flavour with a shy bitterness; sweet malty, almost caramelly finish, a bit brandy-like with an illusion of bitterness in the aftertaste. Quite well drinkable Bock......

(bottle, traded with bierkoning – thanks!) Clear golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Sweet malty, slightly perfumed aroma with a touch of honey. Sweet flavour, medium body, smooth carbonated mouthfeel. Sweet malty taste with dense fruity notes of apples; sweet and slightly fruity and sugary finish with almost no bitterness to speak of. I´m not impressed.

(Bottle 30 cl) Amber coloured and filtered with a thin yet somehow quite insisting head. Wonderful, malty nose. And the malt continues all the way through colliding with the hops in the finish. Distinct but not overpowering bitterness. Reminds me of some of the better, Danish Easter brews. 010799
