Bottle. Sweet flowery malt aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Sweet malt flavor with slight tannic finish - improves the more you drink.

An amber beer with a small white disappearing head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel, honey, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel and honey - a lovely flavor.

Good, just yellow tinted head, slightly irregular; dark golden beer, some cold haze. Grassy and "fines herbes" spiced nose - just a bit roasted as well. Sharp initial roasted taste. Very malty beer. I would have expected more herbal, flowery and certainly more honeyish notes in the beer. But, as the label says, only "sugars" have been added. Medium bodied, slightly slick mouthfeel. I’m a bit disappointed by tthis. Grolsch can do much better - they’re one of the few larger breweries with some imagination left. It’s a sweet Helles Bock, nothing more.

Clear yellow/orange color, small but lasting head. Aroma of hops. Extremely sweet, which was pretty good in the herfstbok, but pretty please not in this lentebok! It's more of a pilsener, with a lot of honey/toffee sweetness. Not good.

Pale amber coloured. Sweet and clean. Short flavour. Boring in comparison to other Dutch bock beers.
