9/9/2022. Bottle shared by Matt, cheers. Pours clear bright golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of semi-sweet stewed apple, caramel, vanilla, touch of citrus. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Light dryness to finish. Nicely done.

75cl bottle from Appleyards, Shrewsbury. Hazed gold appearance, fine spritz, pleasant fruity aroma, very lightly stewed apple with distant almond and vanilla oak notes, a green apple linger with light tannic fuzz. Very nice indeed.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Sparkling, orangey gold colour, short-lived bubbly white head and aroma of fruity apple, juicy. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, juicy, with some light acidity and tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.
