500ml bottle from Coulton Mill stall at Hovingham Christmas Market. 2020 Vintage. Orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, musty. Taste is tart, sharp, apple, fleshy fruity, with hints of solventy funk, lots of drying acidity and some tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, very dry tart finish. Quite drinkable.
