Keg at Bundoboost Bingohame, Bingo-Cotts Convention, post lash up Xhitl out 08/07/23. Pale golden blonde with a decent white head. Nose is crisp clean apples, light herb, straw, orchard fruits. Taste comprises apple skin, tannins, light root ginger, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent.

On tap at Bundobust, pours a clear golden with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out gentle farmhouse notes and crisp apple skins - I don't detect the spices. Flavour is full of crisp apple skins upfront, followed by gentle farmhouse funk, and a hint of tamarind. Only gentle sweetness — the funk is nice here. Solid.

Keg @ Bundobust Brewery, Manchester before watching Pigs x 7 at Albert Hall. Clear gold appearance. Light spice on the nose. Not massively spicy or gingery to taste, unlike some, but pleasant enough and going nicely with the food. Hogans distinctive gently sour cider underpins things, though the low strength undoubtedly brings Hogans usual sharpness down a peg or two. Nice enough.

Tap at Bundobust, Manchester. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, fruity, hints of funk and waft of spice. Watery mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry sourish fruity finish. Quite OK.
