Pigs Ear. Cask. Clear dark brown amber beer, tiny pale tan head. Palate is light and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Mellow tangy malts, a modest ripe fruitiness. Light finish. Hummm, just another mild tangy dark beer. Nothing to see here, move along.
