Can from lowcostbeer, consumed 1 month past BBE. Pours a cloudy dark gold with small white head. Piney aroma with floral and stone fruits coming through as well as a hint of the alcohol. Taste is quite fragrant and sweet, slightly potpourri without going too far. Also citrus zest, toffee and pine, spicy notes, dry bitter finish. Medium+ body. I could be wrong but it does feel like there is an element of sticking 6 hop varieties in and see what you get rather than trying to perfect. However it does lead to a depth of flavour which is good even if its only moderately tasty by DIPA standards.

Can. Clear gold beer, bubbly pale cream head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light but fairly sweet malts do a nice job of supporting the semi sweet and juicy hop fruits. Ripe tangerine, smooth pine, light piney juicy tropical fruits. Nibbly hop spice coming through on the back end. Appears to be a West Coaster but happily breaking free of the norm of that style because there is sweeter juicier and more complex hops than the norm for that dull substyle. Goes down easy.
