Bottle. Big caramel aroma with stroopwafel, brown sugar, cinnamon, syrup. Massively sweet and sticky with some booziness in the finish. Full body. Kinda fun, but so damn sweet. Literal liquid stroopwafel.

Bottle. Dirty coppery/chestnut brown, smaller beige head, nonlasting. Medium caramel nose, some spices - stroopwaffel memories. Strong syrupy caramel sweetness. Sweet and strong. Has a real stroopwaffel feeling to it, sticky, sweet and strong.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 24.02.2026) im 2021-10 getrunken. Dieses Barley Wine hat eine malzige Süße die wunderbar mit dem Karamell-Aroma der Stroopwafel harmoniert. Alles wieder klar ein Traum von einen DeMolen Barley Wine.

19/VIII/21 - 33cl bottle from the brewery, tasted @ Uiltje brewery (Haarlem), BB: 24/II/26 (2021-874) Thanks to the misses for going on a beer tour with me! Thanks to Marko & colleagues for sharing the beer!
Clear reddish brown beer, practically no head, some chunks floating on top, are these waffle pieces? I guess so! Aroma: nice, quite some cinnamon, caramel notes, vanilla as well, more cinnamon, tonka beans, hint of chocolate, gentle roast. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lovely, actually this tastes exactly like the real cookie! It has all the correct flavours, very nice! Lots of caramel, some cinnamon, lovely, bit sweet, Aftertaste: more and more stroopwafels, caramel, some cinnamon, lovely stuff!

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of caramel, dates syrup, dried fruit, licorice and flowers. Pours cloudy dark brown color with quickly diminishing tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with sweet caramel and dried fruit, follows by coconut, stroopwafel, cough syrup and smooth and warm mouthfeel. Full body, sticky texture and average carbonation in palate. Hell of a tasty despite the exaggerated sweetness...
