Panda at home, thanks to Graham/Grumbo, 11/03/23. Deep claret red to Bishops purple with a faded crimson cap that soon vanishes. Nose is blackcurrant jelly, red grape twang, vinous, stewed fruits. Taste comprises tarte blackcurrant, blackberry yoghurt, damp straw, light acidic tickle, hay bale, sharp red berry compote. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering kiss. Decent well balanced sour.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours deep blood red-purple with a small, creamy pink head. Lightly sweet with mellow acidity, juicy tart blackberry, blueberry, certainly a little jammy. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Light warmth in the finish, more jammy-juicy dark berries. Nicely balanced, very drinkable.
