Some say three's a crowd but in our opinion it's the more the murkier. Lovers of the bold. Followers of the unconventional. This triple IPA has got you in its sights.

Go from strength to strength with the deeply complex and aromatic triple threat of Calypso, Columbus and Citra hops.

440ml can from Vocation Brewery in West Yorkshire. A hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Sweet, hoppy, orange, caramel, mango, tropical fruit taste and aroma. This went down quite easily, hardly noticed the 10% ABV but was way too sweet. So many beers that I've had from Vocation of late have been too sweet, dial it down please.

Can from Tesco Supermarket, Salford Shopping City. Mildly hazy golden brew with a thick bubbly head from its pour. Tropical fruity brew with its strength notable in its aftertaste, where it's most apparent but remains fruitful. Its citrus is that heavy with perhaps some pineapple and grapefruit elements evident.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 28/01/22. Hazed orange to light amber with a decent white cap that dissipates to the edge. Nose is sweet tropical fruits, pineapple, ripe citric flesh, melon, sweet malts. Taste comprises sticky tropical fruits, mango, caramel malts, stoned fruits, hop spice, pineapple, sweet malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close Ok DIPA ... packs some boost but a touch on the sweet side for my liking.
