Zesty hops, Citra will give this pint a natural grapefruity Taste but the addition of Mosaic during the final stages will elevate the flavour to the next level creating a super smooth mouthfeel with the added mango flavours.

Cask at Wellington, Birmingham. Clear dark gold, small foamy white head. Notes of citrus pith, zesty bitterness, grapefruit, cracker. A slightly dry and chewy body. Have had better, have had worse.

Cask @ Bloomfield Brewhouse, Blackpool. Golden with a head. It’s sweet-hoppy but with a floralness on this occassion suggesting the beer on the turn.

Handpull cask from the Salmon, Leicester. Mid- to dark gold, clear with a little bit of white head and lots of lacing. Caramel, dried grass, some white grapefruit in the aroma. Bittersweet taste, a bit herbal with more caramel. Bitterness in the finish with more grapefruit in the aftertaste. Not a great beer really.
