500ml bottle as a Christmas present, from Waste Apple Co. Sparkling, golden colour, white foamy head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, fruity, horseblanket funk. Taste is sweetish, tart, apple, fruity, with barnyard funk, mucky hints, some citric acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable.
