Our flagship core beer - the style we're most well known for, and what we do best. Rosebud is an IPA in the New England style - the most popular variant of the style int he world. We've hopped this beer with Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic and Simcoe to create a certified tropical punchbowl of flavour. Strong enough to retain all that incredible mouthfeel, but seasonable enough to smash pints of.

Cloudy with a yellow colour. White, medium foam, falls quickly. In the aroma and taste, a lot of delicate tropical fruits with passion fruit standing out and in the background mango, pineapple and yellow melon. Light notes of oat flakes. Citrus in a sweet version: pomelo, grapefruit. Low carbonation, moderate sweetness.

It's fine. I'm being extra grumpy about hazies, but this isn't much different than any other, but some seem to rate it so. To me, most are so similar it doesn't matter the brewery or hops etc. Fluffy hop juice.

Hazy yellow pour with a decent white head; aromas of mango, pines, malt, peaches, other tropical fruit. Taste is similar, adding some herbs for a slightly bitter finish. Nice.

On tap at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours a cloudy dark lemon with a small white head and good lacing. Not much of an aroma, just some vague generic citrus. There’s an initial hoppy sharpness in the mouth before other flavours come through. Grapefruit, lemon tropical fruits plus some hints of pine and melon. Finish is more bitter with some citrus. Not really my sort of beer, but it’s not bad at all.

Keg draught at the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Yellow/orange and hazy with a small ring of white head and generous lacing. Dank papaya, melon and mango aroma. Balanced taste with initial juicy sweetness disappearing into a considerable bitterness. The balance is a bit less masterful than many Polly's beers but it is still an enjoyable enough experience.
