Clear amber, offwhite head. Caramely, malty aroma, bready with earthy spicy hops. Malty, caramely flavour and a slightly harsh bitterness, some metal even.

From bottle at my parents place on X-mas eve 2023. Dark golden amber. White head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of pilsner malt, slightly darker malt, noble hops and a hint of citrus peel.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some fruity, wooden and mild caramel tones. Flavour is biscuity, some dough, mild toffee, and mild herbal tones. Flavour is big on the malty side and rather low on the hops, making it quite one dimensional. Still a clean brew.

0,5 l bottle from Meny, Blåvand. Clear amber with an one finger foamy head in the glass. Smells malty with caramel. Taste is also malty with caramel, some sweetness. More bitterness than expected. Würzig like a german Märzen. Not bad. Below average carbonated.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear deep amber, small head. Caramelly nose with some hay and cabbage. Sweetish with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Syrupy bread, boiled cabbage and grain. Low bitterness.

Bottle 33 cæ. Pours a clear, orangey brown with an off-white head. Nutty, biscuity, toffee aroma. Rich, sweet and biscuity - again nutty and toffeeish, but never cloying with sufficient balancing hops Almost a Dunkel Bock. Super well brewed and enjoyable. 161221

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium yellow amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light caramel, light bread. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, cookie. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211211]
