Little hazy pale yellow cider, no head. Aroma: lots of apple juice, sweet, not much else, hint of honey. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of apple juice, pretty sweet, some green apples giving it a sourish touch. Aftertaste: bit lemony, acidic, more apple juice, that's pretty much it.

Sample at Kraft House No. 5 during the "MadTree Brewing Tap Takeover" on 12/01/2016. Pale golden color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Apples, oak and spice in the nose. Medium body with flavors of spiced apple, oaky vanilla and rye whiskey. The finish is oaky with an apple aftertaste. Decent overall.

12oz can from Craft Beer Cellar H st pours a clear yellow with no head but some fizzy carb. Nose faint apple juice, white grape juice, some Sauternes, candlewax. Flavor is sweet with juice, a little bubblegum, some booze, white grape, a little Riesling. Finishes a touch sweet. So so.

Can from a Lazy Dog Brilliantly clear deep yellow almost golden color with a thin wisp of a white head that dissipates instantly. Apple and woody rye on the nose with a hint of brown sugar. The flavor is sweet with a nice sweet and lightly tart apple note to it that is countered nicely with the woody tannins and hints of sharp rye. I really like them little apples.

On tap at HopCat A2. Pours a cloudy light yellow with a thin white head that starts at the edges and dissipates completely. Aroma combines sweet and bitter apple with a bit of honey and barrel underlying. Flavor has sweet apple and honey upfront with a growing tartness and barrel underlying.
