This is a very special Lager brewed exclusively for the awarded cretan cuisine restaurant @Peskesi. Its name derives from the mysterious, rare, cretan wild cat, an endemic subspecies of the European wildcat.

Slight hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of herbs, grain, green weeds, light fruits and light yeast. Flavour is above light sweet and light bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
