Buddel, danke Günther! Golden, white head, some UFOs when we get to the bottom of the bottle. Fruity malt, citric hop nose. Medium body, fairly dry and bitter on the palate. Some juicy malt, fruit salad hops, gooseberry aftertaste. Not sure what they went for here IPL-Kellerpils?

Bottle: Golden, hazy, small and stable white head, moderate bitter-sweet grainy to malty nose with a fruiy-vegetabley touch; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and a bit fizzy; sweetish malty and fruity-bitter finish. O.K., but not the real thing…

0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Bier Bude', best before February 2023. Almost clear, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty, a bit floral aroma of honey, grains, dough and light hay. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly floral taste of honey, grains, straw and hints of caramel, followed by a short, gently bitter, minimally grassy finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant and quaffable but also somewhat stale and a tad too sweet.

330ml bottle. Hazy, pale amber colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly husky, malty, minimally yeasty fruity and doughy yeasty aroma, weak hints of rotting brown apple, a touch of protein. Taste is minimally spicy, malty, quite dry, minimally grassy hoppy, minimally yeasty fruity, hints of rotting apple again. Watery texture, dry palate, medium to coarse, prickly carbonation. A tad too dry, slightly overcarbonated, not enough room for more yeast action - OK.
