Bullion is our wild-child. A hard hitting, 5.0% Indian Pale Ale with a hidden soft side! We wanted to create a strong and bullish brew to top our range, keeping it on the light side to make it dangerously drinkable. A bag load of Bullion hops are locked into the brew early, releasing a fragrant and fruity bite, while the choice of malts in the mash give it a punchy but rounded body.

Cask at the Bouverie Tap, Folkestone, Kent Wednesday 17th July 2019 en route back to Germany. Pours hazy gold with a white head, a little sweet, a touch of Burton Snatch on the nose. A little creamy vanilla, lacks a crispness and could be hoppier.

Cask gravity at Firkin Ale House Folkestone, clear gold lasting white head. unusual hop aroma. Very hoppy in mouth some sweetish pale malt. Decent condition even perfumed finish. Some rose fruit. Odd.
