Pours unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is dry, mild saison spice. Fruity indeed, but not sweet. Maintains a certain dryness. Taste is sharp, high Carbo and lower side of body. Typical saison spicy Ness ( phenols) in balance with the total. A bit fruityness ( yellow fruits like pineapple) but not nearly as much as I got in the scent.) quite nice resemblance for a saison, and indeed a bit more fruity. I'd say it's a succès as an experiment!!!!

On tap at House of Beer, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out some citrus, saison yeast and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart citrus and biscuity malt. Not particularly complex or deep, but it works.
