Dans la vallée de Yakima, nichée au cœur de l’état de Washington, il y a des houblons. Et ces houblons, ils sont très bons. Du coup, on en a mis dans notre Pale Ale. Le Citra - c’est le nom de notre petit favori - apporte un joli bouquet de fruits exotiques à une bière rafraîchissante et légèrement maltée. Yakima, c’est notre vallée préférée (juste après la vallée de Dana).

Tap @ Les Berthom, Dijon. Hazy deeper golden with fine piney notes, evident in abundance in both aroma and taste, with a slightly dry aftertaste.

Can shared. Bit hazy light golden with white head. Dank weedy hops, light citrus, wheat, oats, dry grassy. Almost medium sweet, medium bitter. Medium bodied.

A light yellow beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has lime and lemon, hint of sweeter mango, crispy. Taste has lime, grapefruit, some bitterness. Medium bodied. Strong citrus, fresh, nice.
