Bianca Blueberry Maple Pancake Lassi Gose quickly became a favorite for us with its deep color, inevitably potent aroma and long lasting flavor. We furthered those characteristics by adding blackberries to offer a tiny dose of sharpness and lots and lots of marshmallows, milk sugar and rock salt to give it a soft, fluffy base on top of all those berries.

Аромат просто термоядерный с самого открытия банки. Сразу ощущается много сахара, а за ним тонна голубики и черники, есть лактоза и намеки на зефир, есть прочие сладкие нотки от пироженого. Цвет темный, но пенка выдает ее фиолетовый оттенок. Вкус яркий как солнце в Морокко. Схож немного на варенье, есть нотки от черной смородины как будто с сахаром. Но конечно голубика и черника в основе. При глотке снова зефир и много сахара. Моментами даже кажется что хочеться чуть меньше сахара и больше ягод, ну или просто меньше сахара. В целом просто чума, чумба.

Mørk rødblå med lilla skum. Lukter mye av blåbær og noe vanilje. Meget fyldig med smak av blåbær og marshmallow.

From a 440ml can on 13/3/2022. Pours the deepest red, approaching black with a bright red pink medium head. Has a big marshmallow and blueberry nose. On the sip, the sweetness is dialled high with juicy blackberry and blueberry prominent, with some marshmallow in the middle. Finishes with quite a firm blackberry tartness and tang, which really takes the edge off the sweetness. The mouthfeel is slick, approaching syrupy. The carbonation is soft. The flavours are explosive for something that's just 6 per cent. Complex, charming, lovely.
