Our Leipzig-Style Gose (Here Gose Nothin’®) is often seen being French-pressed through blueberries for a combination destined to be together, so we’ve done the hard work for you with this edition of our Gose by adding the blueberries at the brewery, which unites another layer of fruity complexity in this sour ale already known for its tart, citrusy, lime-like qualities, slight spicy note from added coriander and a noticeable mineral mouthfeel from added sea salt harvested from the shores of France. Cheers

355mml. can. Tasted @ home. 29/05/2019. Bright pinkish colour with a low pinkish head. Short retention. Aroma is full of blueberry jam, intense tartness and soft pine. Taste is also intense blueberry and red fruits. Soft sweet and acidic finish. Medium body and medium carbonation. Soft salty aftertaste. Next one please!

Can at Just Beer, thanks Ama Deke for sharing. Moussy, pale pinkish off-wite, quickly receding and opening, eventually all but vanishing head, hazy vermillion red robe with deeper mauve-burgundy hue. Aroma of blueberry jam and (a bit less so) fresh ripe blueberries, unsugared yoghurt, salted tomato, stewed rhubarb, rosewater, sourdough. Sour onset but softly so, countered by the ripe blueberries' inherent fructose sweetness, with an almost 'undersugared' blueberry jam effect, softish carb, slick wheaty and softly bready base dried by the sourness but remaining soft and gentle, with more emphasis on the fruit than on lactic sourness; light salty edges, in a subtle way and merging well with the dominant blueberry flavour, tad chalky in the end, refreshing. Simplistic fruited kettle sour, a Gose only in the modern craft beer sense of the word and not so much in the traditional Leipziger way, but decent enough for what it is.

Can, glad to get it. I think it was someplace in eastern ohio, north panahandle of w va or even south west w pa, what evfer. No tag so it must not be vintage, maybe even chitauqua ny? Smell is solid sour. Look is nice, hazy pinkish yellow color. Good uptake on the first taste. Its more tart than salty thankfully. Easy fun tart near sour stuff, good job, very good, refreshing nice co2 palate. Yes, good and refreshing, I'm liking this, isn't this what beer is supposed to be all about? No preservative hop taste what so ever, thank you. Finish is friendly tart drink able beer, comes across so wild. I liked this can, very nice finish, yummy. Lovely, left my glass way too soon. Nice stuff. Need a case of this.

Can in Meldrum. It pour hazy purple with a small white head. The aroma is lactic, blueberry cheesecake, salty, coriander, barnyard and sherbet. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, sour blueberry, bramble, good mouth - pucker, lactic, salty crackers, minerality, sherbet and sour candy with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Good kick of tartness. Not such a huge fan of the cheesecake aroma, but it does taste nice.

Can @ home, chugged from the can. Disappointing to say the least. It has a medicinal, cough syrup-like flavour that is no bueno. Some diacetyl which just kinda ruins it for me. Fairly high carbonation. I don’t like this one at all. Flawed and bad flavor.
