Our Leipzig-Style Gose (Here Gose Nothin’®) is often seen being French-pressed through blueberries for a combination destined to be together, so we’ve done the hard work for you with this edition of our Gose by adding the blueberries at the brewery, which unites another layer of fruity complexity in this sour ale already known for its tart, citrusy, lime-like qualities, slight spicy note from added coriander and a noticeable mineral mouthfeel from added sea salt harvested from the shores of France. Can shared at partizan, thanks to James. A mostly clear pink coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is blackberry, tart, blueberry,. Flavour is composed od pithy, tart, citrus, blackberry, cherry. Palate is tart, prickly, highish carbonation.

Can at Partizan ... Paul&Lorna leaving bash - thanks to James, 02/08/18. Rich berry red with a decent light crimson cap. Nose is funky berries, raspberry compote, apple core, damp straw. Taste comprises funky berries, damp straw, blueberry yoghurt, sharp citric zip, pissy berry funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a puckering kiss. Not bad.

Can shared in Bermondsey - beers! Pours blood red with a small, foamy head. Good stuff, nice tangy berries, fleshy blueberries, mild acidity. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Quenching finish, mild seedy bitterness, more blueberry flesh. Sound.

Brewdog. Thanks to James foe the can. Light haze on the cherry red beer, small pink head. Palate is light, fairly dry and finely crisp. Lightly tart generic dark berries. Light crisp blueberry finish. Very light savoury vibe. Pretty drinkable.

355ml can. Hazy, redd-ish purple colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, pink-ish head. Tart-ish, tangy, salty, lactic aroma, hints of sauerkraut. Taste is tart, tangy, lactic, salty and slightly fruity, hints of sauerkraut and blueberry.
