This beer is a Flanders-style red with Marquette Pomace. Massive red wine notes of blackcurrant, cherry, leather, and tobacco. If you were to taste this blind, you’d be hard pressed to guess it is actually a beer.

Magnum pour at Barrel Fest 2025, pours a deep dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma is full of dry musty red grapes, a touch of dry red fruits, light balsamic, and wood. Flavour is complex, with dry red fruits, balsamic, big wood, tons of red wine grape skins, and some wild yeast. Dry, tannic, vinous finish. This is great.

Magnum pour at Bottle Fest 2025. Pours very murky mahagony with a white head. Tons of raisins, dark fruit, deep red wine must. Flavour is fantastic, lots of tannic red wine grapes, good level of acidity, raisins and other dried berries. This is excellent.

375ml green bottle. Pours a beautiful, hazy magenta purple with a small, fizzy, short lived, pink head that leaves spotty lacing. Fruity aroma of wheat malt, cherry, red wine, raspberry and balsamic vinegar. Sweet fruity flavour of wheat malt, cherry, black currant, red grape, balsamic vinegar and light oats in a dry, tart Lacto finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Delicious, a beautiful beer.

Ruby-brown colour. Has a deep fruity, balsamic aroma, with port accents. Medium lactic bitterness, touch of pedio, more vinous notes, again getting towards balsamic in the sourness and rich flavours. Solid.
