75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, April 23. Misty golden orange appearance, small white head. Mild vinegary sour nose. Myriad flavours present themselves, but it lacks a cutting sharp definition. Tart lactic acidity is here, with white wine building through the glass but overall effect falls a little short for me. It's nice, but not spectacular.

17th April 2023; Shrewsbury Beer Exchange in Chez Sophie, five guys drinking and chatting with plenty of snacks. Cork and caged Summer 2021 version, cheers Mark. Hazy orange body, fast fading white head. It's a sour-puss for sure and pretty acidic in nature, not my sort of beer but I can understand others liking it.

Poured from the tap. Hazed amber with minimal white head. Oak, light citrus, gentle tartness, quite nice.

very turbid, amber, apricot, very funky yeast character. Low bitterness. Modestly tart.
Medium carbonation. Funky very approachable but not amazing depth. Still super enjoyable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom's place. Cloudy golden. Funk, oak, fruitiness, sour, juicy.

750ml corked and caged bottle. Pours a hazy amber with copper hue and a small, fizzy, short lived, off-white head that leaves spotty lacing. Funky aroma of Brett, wheat malt, oak, grapefruit, nectarine, peach, apricot and white wine. Sweet fruity flavour of wheat malt, green apple, vinegar, lemon, grapefruit, apricot, nectarine, peach, Brett, oak and white wine in a crisp, dry, acidic, sour Lacto finish. Medium body with a slick texture and lively carbonation. Tasty, refreshing and complex.
