Can. Dark brown. Thin head. Some crackery malt on the nose. On the palate, it's thin, light and with low bitterness. There's just not much residual here, so it's kind of empty-tasting. The exception to the emptiness is the toasted coconut character, which I like a lot. But it needs support...more residual sugars and with that a bit more bitterness, too. I mean if Last Snow is the benchmark - and it probably should be - it's going to take some magic to convince me of another direction.

On tap. Pours an opaque dark brown, almost black with a small, creamy, long lasting, tan head that laces. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, coconut, milk chocolate and light coffee. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, coconut and dark chocolate in a dry, mild bitter, day old coffee finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. A bit thin, but tasty and easy to drink. By far their best offering.
