Dark brown, thick head. Worty aroma with some roast. Thin body, some wort, some roast. Decent…probably below guinness and black butte non alcs for the style but still civilized.

473mL can, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan bead. Aroma has some faded espresso notes, light cocoa, and a touch of cardboardy bready malt. Flavour is dry and watery, and the faded, day-old cup of coffee made with not enough espresso beans, and a cardboardy bready malt. No sugars at all. Dry, watery and weak but inoffensive.

473 ml can, Pours a dark brown with moderate tannish head that settles quickly. Aromas of sweet chocolate, cola, and light roasty malts. Flavors of chocolatey cola, dry roasted malts and burnt coffee.

473ml can. Pours an unclear dark brown with red hue and a medium, frothy, short lived, beige head that leaves spotty lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, espresso and earth. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, dark chocolate, ash and earth in a dry, bitter espresso finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and average carbonation. I wasn't expecting much, but for a near-beer this actually wasn't bad. Nice coffee flavour and aroma, just really thin for a stout.
