A tropical inspired IPA that is more fun than a rec centre birthday party! This gateway IPA is hopped with juicy, tropical hop varietals -- Amarillo, El Dorado and Ekuanot (Equinox) and finished with a yeast that drives the mango, pineapple and stone fruit flavours.

Had this again and man is it good. Tangerine and grapefruit. Fresh pineapple, slightly unripe. Pours golden with decent head. Light bitter end. Superb.

Old rating: pineapple and green onion. Hazy orange pour with good head and lacing. Light holy tang finish. Tap at Otto.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, biscuit malt with resinous hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, off flavors, so-so. Canned at The Brewer's Apprentice Dec 2021.

Deep gold, bright. Medium head. Nice rich lacing. Deep weedy and slightly oniony hop nose. Biscuity pale malts, moderate bitterness and the hop expression on the palate is more allium I guess.

473ml can. Pours a hazy gold-orange with a large, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick patches of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of bready caramel malt, peach, mango, pineapple, passion fruit, orange and piney hops. Sweet fruity flavour of biscuit malt, caramel, orange rind, grapefruit, mango, peach, pineapple and passion fruit in a dry, bitter, piney hop finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Pleasant and flavourful.

On tap at Eighty-Eight, pours a cloudy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright piney hops, bitter citrus, and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with bitter piney hops, orange rind, and crisp biscuity malt. Bright and bitter. Nicely done.
