One of the hoppiest beers in the Baja, Por Favor has a strong malt backbone and a floral hop finish. With five hop additions including a liberal amount of Cascade, this sessionable copper-colored ale will satisfy your thirst.
A blend of five different hops helps create our most bitter beer. The hops balance perfectly with the malty mouthfeel and higher alcohol. One of our most iconic brews.

11/7/2026. Can at the ITFC England WCQF beer share. Courtesy of Eric, cheers! Good pour. Nice colour. Nice ripe fruits, quite dank and hoppy, with developing bitterness. Decent body: Enjoyed this.

Copper pour, medium white head. Sweet, caramel malts infused with some pine resins. Hints of Madeira, medium bitter, lots of malts, a little musty, hints of American barley wine. Over malted IPA, sweet and sticky.

12Fl Oz can from a Total Wine & More store. Drank at my daughters place in Laguna Hills on 14th December 2021. Chosen because it will be my first beer from Baja California Sur. Poured slowly into an old Corsendonk stemmed tulip shaped glass. Misty dark brown/mahogany body, smooth topping of beige foam. Piney hops rule the nose and initial taste, as it warmed in the glass a grainy/malty aroma and flavour begins to arrive. The malty injection isn't enough to take over though and the beer is hoppy and fairly bitter throughout. Liked it, no Citrussy hops to be found!

Kinda worrisome when you see a βBest Byβ date on an IPA thatβs six months in the future. As is, Por Favor isnβt terrible; kinda reminiscent of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale more than an IPA, really. Lots of caramel malt, a little orange zest and grapefruit, and a pine bitterness on the finish. Nothing to write home about, but drinkable.

Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours clear copper with a foamy beige head. Aroma is herbal hop over mildly roasty malt. Med plus body. Flavor is dry, roasty malt, with some spicy hop, and citru/pine. It's sort of milky (not flavor, just impact) in the mouth. Bitter enough. It's a bit off the main line, but it's pretty good.
