355ml bottle. This beer gets its name from a radio code firefighters use to indicate the fire is out and it's now time for a beer. Pours a hazy orange with a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that laces nicely. Sweet aroma of bready malt, caramel, orange, passion fruit and melon. Sweet fruity flavour of bready malt, orange, tangerine, mango, passion fruit, melon and light pine with a dry, mildly bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Not bad.

Clear gold pour, excellent head of foam.
Bready malt aroma with hints of citrus.
Bread is prevalent in the taste, some fruity citrus, some oxidation. Mouthfeel is just fine.
A single and not a sixer; thank goodness for that.
