A golden beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has grapefruit, orange, some harsh notes, Taste has grapefruit, orange, some caramel and bitterness. Medium bodied. Too old already. Citrucy, pretty nice.

33cl can, BB 10/05/2022, batch# P406-407.
Pâle-dorée, col blanc épais crémeux tenace.
Arôme est assez dank même avec une BB proche. Pas mal de note quasi résineuses, avec des pointes de pin, et pour une fois, un effet neipa pas trop dominant. Le côté poussiéreux reste assez au devant - retrait un peu fruits à noyaux
Palais reste bien houblonné, frais, pas mal de résineux et agrumes, cependant une sécheresse marquée de la levure perdure et enlève un peu du charme des houblons mais aidée par un côté sec herbacé du Simcoe. En retrait aussi qcq notes de honeydew melon

Great! Quite bitter and dry for a Neipa... Me like. Very tasty for 6.1% abv.

3/II/22 - 33cl can from the brewery, shared @ home, BB: 10/V/22 (2022-133)
A little cloudy orange blond beer, big creamy white head, bit irregular, little stable, bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, lots of sweet ripe tropical fruits, juicy, mango, a little malty, some caramel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter start, fruity notes, little sweet, very fruity, juicy, hoppy. Aftertaste: hoppy, bitter, grapefruit, dy, a bit medicinal, way too bitter for a modern NEIPA, but I don’t mind, could maybe do with some more fruitiness in the flavour though...
