Bottle, from their advent box. Two years in the barrel, huh. Gold with a head that's completely gone as soon as it's poured. 3- I love apricots and the aroma is full of them in their jammy, fleshy, slightly tart way. There are some floral and boot polish notes too. Slightly slippery, low carbonation. A little bit of body but never seems heavy - really nicely judged. Dryish with some illusion of sweetness due I guess to some caramelisation of the fruit. Mainly about apricots with a little tidying up spiced oak, zingy and slightly bitter finish. Lovely stuff.
