Bottle at home. Aroma is toasted malt, caramel, raisins, nuts, hint of tobacco. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Body is light, thinnish, on the watery side. Fairly decent Mild Ale, but not really my kind of beer.

From sirisaboutbeer.com. Pours clear, yet really dark brown with a red glow. Nearly black. Small, rather unstable white head. Smell is coffee, fairly roasty, still fresh and light at the same time. Taste is bit bitter, coffee, tad roasty. Light bodied, even a bit crisp. Nice. Easy drinker, of course.

500ml bottle. Clear, mahogany colour with ruby glimmer and average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting and lacing, beige head. Chocolately, dark malty aroma, a touch of roast, hints of dark, dried fruit, plum, fig. Taste is roasty dark malty, woody, chocolately-grainy, almost smoky, at least with hints of ashes, disguised hints of plum and fig, minimally soapy and slightly bitter hoppy overtones.

Butelka 0.5l (04.05.2016).
