Can with thanks to homer! Pours hazy mahogany, medium beige head, good lacing. Aroma is straight werthers, toffee caramel, bourbon, vanilla, oak, marzipan. Flavor is medium plus sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body, silky mouthfeel. God nectar

Canned 7/9/24, drunk 8/3/24. Clear mahogany-umber-burgundy. Small, beige head, spotty. Wow this IS somehow better than VSOR...more intensity of malt, deeper, richer bourbon and rye. Cherry, vanilla, soft lead, caramel, fruity raisin. Jesus. So sublime. No booze. Oh my God. Liquid gold. Soft, rich, juicy, cherry-vanilla...pepper, oak, hugely spicy bourbon. Reasonable body, rich but not too thick or cakey. Mellow and woody. This is absolutely insane for less than a month canned. A year from now this is going to be bonkers.

Sweet syrupy malt overdose with some barrel and oaky raisiny notes, caramel, toffee and oaky woodiness. Quite balanced and tasty slow sipper.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear dark brown with a tan head that didn't last very long. Aroma of bourbon, wood and roasty malt. Approaching full bodied. Not dry at all. Flavor is bourbon, vanilla, darkish toffee and quite noticeable heat. Overall the flavor is good.
The king still reigns, raisins and barrel galore, oak milk and bourbon juice, sweet heavenly syrupy but not too syrupy deliciousness. I really should buy more than one four pack of this but glad I've got some to save for good times.

Can shared with Lorna & Mark. It pours clear darkest brown with a small khaki head. The aroma is rich and unctuous, oily, leathery, huge aged bourbon character, bourbon soaked oak, dull marmite, raisin, sultana, boozey fruit, DSLR chocolate, heady notes of vanilla and toasted coconut. The taste is slick, oily, thick, heavy sweetness, plenty of dried fruits, raisin, sultana, candied peel, booze soaked fruit cake, huge bourbon character, bourbon soaked oak, vanilla, malt loaf, molasses, boozey warmth, touch of tannin, cola cubes, touch of spice and brown bread with a drying finish. Fulsome body, fine carbonation and slick mouth feel. Rich, hearty and decadent.
