Beer/wine mix. Made with home made wine from Marechal Foch grapes. Own Wild yeast culture is used to ferment the wine. The wine is mixed with a complex oak aged beer.

Some voice is screaming in my head that I ought to substract a big point for the clear glass abomination, but seen the compound and the tasting, I'll leave it with this remark. B. C. 'H.', pinkish, over deep purplish cardinal red fluid. Strong musk aroma, ureum, red grapes. Deep complex wine-beer hybrid, deep red fruit flavours, especially red grapes. Not very thick, but fruit-filled. Not very carbonated. Excellent, original, confidence-shaking. Can't help loving it.
