Jurassic Joule is a premium strength, summery ale, a wonderful golden amber beer with a zingy, fresh hop aroma reminiscent of warm sun kissed days. A wonderful balance of pale, cara and crystal malts all blend for a perfectly smooth and deliciously quaffable ale.

Colchester Beer Festival. Cask. Clear amber beer, patchy off white head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, some caramel sweetness. Zingy ripe fruits. Light and semi sweet floralness. Tangy fruits before a mildly bitter finish. Tidy bitter.

Cask @ O’Connell’s
A real ale with a proper head - what is this? Aroma is somewhat fruity with peach candy, some biscuits, hints of orange and hay. Flavour is quite nothing with hints of peach and somewhat strong grain and hay at the finish. Thin body. Nice aroma but flavour brokes the promise.
