Традиційний бельгійський Saison, що майже рік витримувався в бочці з-під французького вина. Для витримки були використані дріжджі WLP644 Saccharomyces Bruxellensis Trois, призначені для дикої ферментації пива. Сезон вийшов помірно сухий, терпкий, з низькою кислотністю та легкими пряними нотами спецій і кісточкових фруктів.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some yeast and mild grainy and rubbery tones. Flavour is yeast, fruity, floral, some earthy and mild grainy tones.

6/2/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of Danish pint boys, cheers. Pours slightly hazy pale orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is fruity, funky, peppery, yeast, woody notes. Medium sweetness, moderate bitters and tartness. Medium body, average carbonation. Dry finish. Pretty good.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Almost clear golden, small head. Funky nose with pine, citrus and oak. Mid dry with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Red wine, pine, marzipan and white bread. Mid bitter finish. Interesting and pleasant.

Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, saison yeast, citrus, light barrel - oak. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, grapes - citrus, fruity yeast, saison yeast, wheat, light barrel - oak. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220107]
