Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some floral and some slight wooden tones. Flavour is floral, wooden, some mild herbal and some sweet malty tones.

aroma of nuts,syrup, cardboard, faint slightly roasted malts. the cardboardy malty note reminds me of vienna, the nuts and syrup is perhaps from spices. flavor is dominated by spices, cardemom, clove, brown cake like spices, caramel, a little bit of sourness i think from malts, nutty spicy ending. a bit too much spice shelf imho.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and a bit of metal, leading to a dry finish

Bottle, 5.2%. Weak caramelly aroma. Almost clear dark golden colour. Small unstable whitish head. The flavour is caramelly with a toffee note our some Tonka or vanilla type of thing. Rough bitterness in the finish. I do not mind the spice, but the base beer is not exactly great.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, reddish amber with a small, off-white head. Sweet caramel aroma. Medium body, sweet caramel and tofee yet with sufficient hops for balance. Clean and well made. 181221

Red amber with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma with toffee and black bread. Sweetish malty flavour with a touch of herbal hops and a mild but at the same time sharp bitter finish.
