Bottle. Color: Orange red, off- white head. Aroma: Raspberry, red fruit. Taste: Vinuous, moderate sweet and medium to over medium sour, raspberry and sour cherries, lime and notes of wood. A bit tart but very nice balanced. Long lasting sour cherry fruity finish. Under average carbonation. Another very nice one from Alvinne.

Bottle, 2017 version, courtesy of SinH4. Pours unclear red. Aroma is cherries, cherry stone, light funk, dust, herbs, acetone. Body is medium, lightly carbonated, strong cherries, little stone, fruity. Sour and sweet, but all balanced. Still some acetone, but much less extreme than the 8% Cuvee Sofie. Good!

Bottle kindly shared by Pilsnertest. Deep reddish with almost no head. Super fruity with loads of cherries and a hint of raspberries and redcurrant. Well balanced tartness and a lasting cherry finish.
