Die hauseigene „Sapienza Meisterhefe“ sowie Weizenmalze aus der Weizensorte „Bagou“ und helle Gerstenmalze geben diesem Bier seinen hefearomatischen Charakter: im Antrunk prickelnd zitronig, mit einer vollmundigen Bananen- und Kiwinote, lang anhaltend frisch und spritzig im Abgang.

0.5 l bottle from ’trinkgut’ (Kaldenkirchen), best before April 2018. Hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, yeasty-spicy aroma of lots of clove, banana, wheat and some vanilla. Moderately sweet, malty, rather yeasty-spicy taste of massive clove, banana, wheat and some vanilla, followed by a short, slightly bitter, very yeasty-spicy finish. Medium to full body, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!

Wazi geel/gouden met volle witte kraag. Aroma van mout, tarwe, citrus, lichte kruidnagel, lichte banaan. Smaken zijn glad, fris zuurtje, moutige en tarwe basis, banaan is wat beperkt, citrus ook zeer licht maar het is eerder wat zoete citrus, dun, niet al te complex maar op een warme dag als vandaag is dat prima, matige body,ok

Bottle at The Gordon Highlander. It pours hazy golden - orange with a thick white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, bread, clove, banana, cereal, straw and some tangy orange. The taste is crisp, dry, bready maltage, mellow sweet banana, straw, cereal, orange peel, kumquat with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A classic hefe. Well balance. I rather like this one.

Bottle. Orange yellow with a touch of gold. Fantastic head that stays forever. Aroma and taste of bananas, clove and citrus fruits. Oranges. Fruity, yeasty and slightly spicy. Aftertaste is sour and shows some very well hidden hoppiness. Medium carbonation. A rather light Hefeweizen. Solid but nothing special.

Monumentális, örökké tartó hófehér hab, szűretlen, barnás-narancsos szín. Illata tipikus búzasörös, gabonás, citrusos, banános. Búzás-gabonás ízek, banános, korianderes aromával, enyhe citrusos beütéssel. Közepes test, lágy, de erős szénsavasság, enyhe keserű. Kellemes, frissítő búzasör.
