Red brown, hazy beer with medium head. Aroma has exotic fruits, tree, malts, bread and caramel. Taste has exotic fruits but also lots of malts and bread with caramel. Soft and creamy body. End is bitter with grapefruit. Winter version of DIPA, and this might be a bit too heavy and malty.

Smell of hops. Brown / dark red colour, beige head. Aroma of hops, mango, spruce. Bitter with some alcohol sweetness. Very basic (imperial) IPA, not too christmas-y by any means. Flat carbon, slightly oily texture.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 29A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 1678 (BBF 12/08/2018). AROMA: low apricot aroma with a medium-low toffee-like malt background. APPEARANCE: dark ambar and clear with some particles in suspension. medium-high beige head with good retention. TASTE: faint apricot and dried fig notes with a medium toffee-like malt background. medium to medium-high bitterness with an almost dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a nice fruit beer altough the notes are a bit on the faint side.

50cl bottle from Alko. Poured reddish brown color with a thick off white head. Dark fruity aroma, pineapples, malts. Really nice aroma, just what I like in these red ales. Smooth mouthfeel. Fruity hops in flavor, caramel malts, nice bitterness. No sign of the abv. Long malty finish, hoppy burps. Lovely.

A dark reddish brown beer, a head is quite small and blond. Aroma has tropical fruitness, that is more dried than fresh, also figs, caramel body. Delicious aroma. Taste has dried fruitness, caramel maltyness, drying wood and bitterness. Medium+ bodied, low carbonation. Riped fruitness. Nice balance, added fruits gives the nice twist. Good and tastefull beer.
