All The Simcoe Ladies is a DDH 7.2% IPA, brewed with Simcoe, Mosaic, Idaho 7 and more Simcoe. Soft and light in colour, expect lush pineapple and tropical fruit flavours, followed up with a resinous backbone. We liked it, so we put a ring pull on it!

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 27/04/22. Clear light golden blonde with a decent just off white cap that thins to spotting and a edgework. Nose is orange zest, ripe melon, grass, pine needle, mango, papaya. Taste comprises tangerine, melon, grass, light perfume, papaya, mango, soft malts, pine dusting. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Decent IPA.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting loose white laced froth. Aroma is decent biscuity grains, tangy citrus, st clements, some pine, some melon balls. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, juicy fruits, mixed tropicals, mango, peach, tangerine, decent bready grains, firm bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, sticky hop resin, moderate carbonation. Very nice crushable IPA.
