Bottle from Drinks Vanuxeem, Ploegsteert, Belgium. Pours a hazy amber colour with a medium sized off white head. Aromas of orange, tangerine, caramel and nuts. Taste has more of the orange and caramel notes, more nuts and some woody notes. Some alcohol lingering on a spicy (chilli), peppery and tangy finish. Medium body with a fair amount of carbonation. Decent.

Small to medium light-yellow head, reasonably stable over veiled amberish brown beer. Pepper (and ginger) immediately in the nose upon opening. Other root spices, and several kinds of peppercorn, green chilies. Fiery, if not really hot pepper flavour, Spanish peppers, lightly (greenà chilies. And again a ginger flavour. Bit darker bready-malt flavour in the background. Earthy and peppery finish. Light body & spritzy carbonation, mildly hot. Not bad, but I prefer the Saxo Chili by far.
