U Dubbelu Visionu je naglašeni medenasto-karamelasti okus koji jako, jako podsjeca na Werther’s bombone. Arome suhih smokva i paprenost koju razvija kvasac daje lepršavost, pitkost i suhi završetak.
Izražena sladnost podupire sve navedene arome, a vi se nemojte zaletjeti sa ispijanjem jer se sa alkoholom od 8.9% nije baš za igrati.
Dubbel Vision je kuhan u veljači 2021.godine. Nakon glavne fermentacije pivo je napunjeno u boce i zaboravljeno kako bi se odležavanjem upotpunile sve arome i okusi.
Povijesno su Dubbel, Tripel I Quadrupel trapistička piva koja su kuhali redovnici u samostanima i koristili ga za svoje potrebe te pivom plaćali razne usluge drugim zanatlijama.
Da bi za neko pivo rekli da je ‘’Trapist’’ redovnici ga trebaju proizvodit u svojoj pivovari ili trebaju nadgledati sami proces proizvodnje piva.
Kako je Dubbel Vision kuhan u našoj pivovari mi nemamo pravo nazvati ovo pivo trapističkim već ga samo karakterizirati po stilu.

Bottle, shared with kasjer27 and Miro B. Dark orange with white head. Malty, bit fruity, yeasty, caramel, sweet. Medium bodied.

0.33 l bottle shared with little Dina and Capro. Hazy amber, small lasting off-white to beige head. Dried fruit, some cherry, spices, alcohol, malts. Phenols coming up. Dry, sharp, phenolic, cardboard. Strong, high alcohols, malts. Medium body, moderate carbonation, dry finish.

Bottle, 0.33l. Murky deep red/brown pour, two finger frothy off-white head, medium retention. Slight lacing. Nice on the nose, toffee, toasted caramel, dried fruits. Bready notes, hints of cocoa. Medium body, soft carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft and chewy, easily drinkable. Sweet taste balanced with slight roasty bitter touches. Aroma of brown sugar, toasted caramel, toffee. Dried fruits, bready, cocoa, spices. Some yeasty notes in the background. Subtle lingering alcohol, dry, nicely warming. Medium lasting finish, fruity. Good.

Bottled 330ml. -from Pomalo Zagreb. Murky brownish coloured, medium sized off-white head, caramel, dusty and spicy nose. Sweet malty, caramel, yeast, spices and alcohol with touch of green apple and strong carbonation.

Bottle, Goblet. Murky brown body, thick off-white head. Lovely milk caramel note tempered with some spicy phenolic notes. Lean taste, a bit dryish, vinuous, phenolic-spicy, lightly caramelly and vaguely yeasty-meaty. Dries out the mouth in the aftertaste a fair bit. Okay, not my type.
